Job Description
He is looking for a dynamic and experienced human resource manager who can lead and manage human resource operations, as well as contribute to strategic initiatives, keep the organizational functioning smooth and keep pace with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- To oversee the entire human resource processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and employee life cycle management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and human resource standards.
- Attempt, holiday and employee records to suit organizational policies.
- Employee complaints, conflict solutions and disciplinary actions effectively handle.
- Coordinating the performance evaluation cycles and implementing training and development programs.
- Design and implement human resource strategies to suit organizational goals.
- Develop policies and initiatives to increase the participation and retention of employees.
- Supporting leadership in organizational development and change management initiative.
Skills & Competencies
- Intensive knowledge of human resource operations and labor laws.
- Proven capacity to manage HRMS and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, problem solution and mutual skills.
- The ability to balance operational efficiency with strategic thinking.
- Fast speed and experience of handling dynamic work atmosphere.
Education & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in HR operations and strategy.
- Payroll 5 years (Required)
- HR 8 years (Required)
